At Red Pin Incentives we have seen first hand both large and small corporations achieve their peak performance when their staff and distribution channels are working at their maximum potential. But, how do you achieve this with the current ‘company hopping’ mentality that both the expanding millennial job pool and the aging, and seasoned, boomers have grown so fondly of adopting?
Red Pin Incentives firmly believes you cannot only incentivize revenue-producing positions while leaving the rest of a hardworking staff annoyed and unmotivated. The whole staff contributes to the service and maintenance of clients, and so, top performers from ALL Divisions should be allowed that fabulous trip to Bali or other great rewards.
With a workforce that is all too ready to move on to the next best 9-to-5, we are here to help engage and retain with fun and authentic experiences.
OUR APPROACH
We have the option of starting with fun Personality Profiling using the latest tools. Once we understand the broad strengths and personality preferences of an entire team, we build out ‘incentives’ and ‘rewards’ that are relevant to ALL company departments.
Based on our client’s budgets and timing we can create an engaging Team Building Activity, which highlights any personality differences in a fun way. This gives staff the tools to know how best to engage with peers based on both personality and generational traits.
Ultimately, to help companies drive revenue and staff excellence we produce unforgettable Travel Incentives or Annual Company Kick-Off Conferences. We have seen time and time again the morale boost within companies as employees across all the company divisions feel appreciated.
TO NOTE
We also understand that taking a team out of the office is not always an option and that rewards and incentives need to be in place all year long to ensure a staff's commitment to hitting goals, staying motivated, and creating productive habits to achieve, or even exceed their goals.
Therefore, we are thrilled to have in our ‘tool box’ of staff & customer motivation the latest in Gamified Digital Rewards. Partnering with one of the top Digital Rewards companies, we are able to customize ‘team goals’ and ‘peer-to-peer recognition’ with instantaneous digital gift cards across 60+ top US and similar rewards in 80 countries.

President
Global Experiential Marketing Strategist
Soaking up the sun and living her best life at her favorite spot on Balmoral Beach in Sydney, Australia where she resided for 12 years while running her first global event agency out of the South Pacific.
Kelly has worked with many Fortune 500 companies on their global events - Sony, Oracle, IBM, GE Oil & Gas, News Ltd., to name a few. Whether integrating a client’s sponsorship activation at public events for 100,000 attendees, or fully producing an international sales conference with over 3,000 attendees, 80 speakers, 7 hotel blocks, complete with themed parties and exhibitions, Kelly is a skilled strategic event producer and her teams always leave the clients coming back year after year.
In addition to sales and marketing events of all sizes, Kelly has also planned and executed Incentive Programs around the world from Japan, to New Zealand, to Australia, to Fiji, to Canada, and to everywhere in between.
After kicking off her career in hotel sales and events in Dallas, Texas, Kelly up and moved to Sydney, Australia where for over a decade she ran her own Full-Service Event Marketing Firm, executing conferences, Incentives, Sponsorship Integrations, product launches and various live events.
Arriving back to the US in 2006 to be near family, she shifted from the tactical side of events to the strategic and Kelly was contracted as a Worldwide Program (Event) Strategist for IBM, providing guidance on brand messaging and event engagement tactics for over 2,000 global hardware events.
With a stop as the Sponsorship Strategist for the American Football Coaches Association, Kelly made her way to her beloved Austin, Texas, where she saw firsthand how the city had become a hub for the latest in brand activations and live events during SXSW each year. She knew she was in a good place to plant roots and so took on the role of Vice President of Event Strategy and New Business Development for a trendy Austin Event Agency for 3 years. It was during this time that Kelly stayed up to date on the latest tactics on brand engagements and staff motivation.
Now shifting back into her favorite side of global events, Kelly has launched Red Pin Incentives and has hand-picked the Client Engagement and Employee Experience Tactics that are trending now for the Workforce of the Future and can't wait to engage with your staff or customer base to help you to drive your best year ever.
Sarah Hatley
Project Manager, Global Events
Making the very best of a rainy day while on her honeymoon in San Sebastian, Spain, with not one, but two, gelatos. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and you will love working with her and the rest of her project team.
Sarah is an Atlanta girl, Southern by birth, and Texan by choice. After getting her degree in Hospitality Management from Ole Miss, she moved to Austin, Texas and has spent the last decade in events and sales roles in downtown Austin’s high volume, convention market.
After years of managing the events team for Marriott’s first ever dual-branded hotel and producing events for SXSW, Formula One, numerous Fortune 500 clients, Sarah moved to the sales side and excelled in various corporate and association markets, ranking as a Platinum Top 10% Performer. Most recently, she was a Market Senior Sales Manager for two of Austin’s newest properties - The Westin Austin Downtown & Aloft/Element Austin Downtown.
While sales helped to build a more robust professional toolbox, it was events that has always had Sarah’s heart, and a serendipitous opportunity fell into her lap when she joined the HSMAI Austin board and was able to work up close and personal with Kelly. In a sort of “love at first event planning’, it was clear…Sarah was destined to join the Red Pin team.
She loves building relationships with clients and producing unforgettable events. She is organized like no other, loves providing small delights, and luckily, has an extensive knowledge of hotel sales and events operations, procedures, and most importantly, contracts.
Let her be your secret weapon to negotiate the best terms for YOU when it comes to sourcing for your event.
